Serhii Korovayny

Serhii Korovayny is an editorial and portrait photographer based in Kyiv, Ukraine. His work encompasses coverage of the Russian-Ukrainian war, Russian war crimes in Ukraine, environmental issues, the refugee crisis, and healthcare topics. Serhii has contributed to several prominent publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Washington Post, Financial Times, Time, The Guardian, Spiegel, and others. He considers himself as a visual storyteller and engages in video and virtual reality projects. He was an assistant director of the Ukrainian VR production, New Cave Media, contributing to the Google-supported immersive documentary project, “Aftermath VR Euromaidan”.
