These academic individuals participated in the 458th Battalion 14 de Julho on the southern front line in Itapetininga The Constitutional Revolution of 1932, also known as the 1932 Revolution or Paulista War, was an armed movement that took place in the states of São Paulo, Mato Grosso do Sul, and Rio Grande do Sul between July and October 1932. Its objective was to overthrow the provisional government of Getúlio Vargas and convene a National Constituent Assembly.
