The widow of Talamantes vows and secures the revenge in Revolutionary North of Mexico. Despite its fictional nature, it is believed that the film is based on real-life events. Zuzana M. Pick provides us with a glimpse of the themes from this film that was produced by Kalem Film Company in her book, "Constructing the Image of the Mexican Revolution: Cinema and the Archive."
